Abstract

Le bilan économique de l'année 2009 est ambivalent. En moyenne annuelle, l'économie française a enregistré sa plus profonde récession depuis la Grande Dépression des années 1930. Outre cette répercussion sur la production, la crise a laissé des traces profondes à la fois sur le marché du travail et sur les finances publiques en 2009 : le premier a connu la plus forte dégradation de son histoire avec plus de 330 000 destructions d'emplois et une progression du taux de chômage de près de 2 points en un an, le ramenant à un niveau jamais observé depuis 10 ans. Quant aux finances publiques, les chiffres de dégradation du déficit et de la dette attestent de l'ampleur de la crise. Les déficits sont passés en un an de 3,4 à 7,5 points de PIB, alors que la dette publique a atteint un niveau sans précédent en s'établissant à 77,6 points de PIB, contre 67,5 un an auparavant (...).
