Abstract

L'article confronte les approches juridiques et economiques en matiere de discrimination sur le marche du travail. Il s'attache a montrer les limites et les difficultes rencontrees par les deux approches a l'occasion de la definition et de la mesure du phenomene. Il souligne aussi a la fois leurs specificites et leurs complementarites en matiere de politiques pour lutter contre la discrimination.
