Algunas reflexiones al hilo del debate sobre el concierto catalán

Abstract

En esta nota se resume el contenido del reciente acuerdo entre el PSC/PSOE y ERC para dotar a Cataluña de un modelo singular de financiación, se valoran sus méritos y se recogen algunas reflexiones sobre ciertas cuestiones que han jugado un papel importante en el debate público sobre el documento, incluyendo los inconvenientes de fragmentar la gestión tributaria, el supuesto carácter federal o no del concierto catalán, la naturaleza de las amenazas a la solidaridad territorial y los méritos del principio de ordinalidad en la financiación autonómica.
