Abstract

En los últimos anos se buscan soluciones para reducir los preocupantes índices económicos y sociales que afectan a la mayoría de los países del mundo. Una opción aceptada y reconocida es fomentar el emprendimiento y creación de empresas, desarrollando programas, políticas gubernamentales y privadas. Sin embargo, al momento de evaluar sus resultados surgen interrogantes y dudas que nos llevan a reflexionar más profundamente acerca de cuáles serían las mejores alternativas para aminorarlas. Este artículo de reflexión pretende motivar a los distintos grupos de interés a encontrar causas y consecuencias que no han permitido en Colombia mejores resultados, además, realizar comparativos con países de América Latina con el fin de emular experiencias, pero más que eso, proponer a la luz de la real situación del contexto nacional e internacional, soluciones coherentes y viables
