Repensando el papel de las Organizaciones de Ayuda Humanitaria

Abstract

En este artículo planteamos un modelo sencillo para evaluar la eficiencia de la red producto de la interacción entre la sociedad (donantes), las organizaciones de ayuda a desplazados y los desplazados. Nos centramos en la definición de los criterios seguidos por las organizaciones y los individuos en situación de desplazamiento forzado en el momento de asignar los recursos donados por la sociedad. Lo hacemos a través de un juego de senalización, en distintas estructuras sociales, y encontramos cuáles de esas estructuras son eficientes.
