Abstract

El objetivo del presente ensayo es mostrar cómo cuantificar algunos beneficios asociados a proyectos de mejoramiento institucional, de manera que sean aplicables a la realidad de las entidades públicas a nivel nacional. Si bien se realizarán cálculos de los costos asociados a este tipo de proyectos, estos serán útiles a manera de ejemplo. El detalle de los cálculos se profundizará en la cuantificación de los beneficios, de acuerdo al objetivo de este ensayo.
