Bericht über die Entwicklung und Struktur der österreichischen Tourismus- und Freizeitwirtschaft im Jahr 2014

Abstract

Die Studie analysiert die Tourismus- und Freizeitwirtschaft in Österreich aus einer gesamtwirtschaftlichen Perspektive und stellt sie im Kontext der internationalen Wettbewerbssituation dar. Die Tourismusaufwendungen von in- und ausländischen Gästen werden für 2014 laut TSA-Konzept auf 35,87 Mrd. € geschätzt (+0,2% gegenüber 2013). Zusammen mit den Ausgaben der inländischen Bevölkerung für den nicht-touristischen Freizeitkonsum am Wohnort (30,29 Mrd. €, +2,6%) erwirtschaftete die gesamte Tourismus- und Freizeitwirtschaft in Österreich 2014 ein Volumen von 66,16 Mrd. € (+1,3%).
