Anreizorientierte Instrumente der Umweltpolitik

Abstract

In der Diskussion über die Instrumentenwahl in der Umweltpolitik schlugen Ökonomen bereits in den sechziger und siebziger Jahren "anreizorientierte" Instrumente als effizientere Maßnahmen zur Erreichung eines bestimmten Umweltziels vor. In der praktischen Umsetzung der Umweltpolitik wurden ökonomische Instrumente jedoch bis vor kurzem nur vereinzelt eingesetzt. In der jüngeren Vergangenheit gewinnen sie in den Konzepten und in der Umsetzung der Umweltpolitik der OECD-Länder an Bedeutung. Mittlerweile liegen auch Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Problemen der Implementierung vor.
