La politique agricole commune en Europe : vers la libéralisation des marchés et le développement durable

Abstract

Ce chapitre analyse la politique agricole commune et son évolution jusqu'au début des années 2010. La section 1 examine les fondements économiques de la PAC. La section 2 présente ses objectifs, ses principes et ses mécanismes de fonctionnement. Les réformes des années 1980 et 1990 sont analysées dans la section 3. La section 4 dresse le bilan des effets de la PAC et montre la nécessité de nouvelles réformes malgré les obstacles. La section 5 présente ses nouveaux objectifs définis dans l’Agenda 2000 et poursuivis avec les réformes récentes.
