Обеспечение Монетарной И Финансовой Стабильности: Конфликт Или Гармония Целей?

Abstract

В статье проанализирована взаимосвязь между монетарной и финансовой стабильностью, которая обуславливает необходимость координации монетарной и финансовой политики. Нейтрализация негативного влияния продолжительных внешнеэкономических дисбалансов только мерами монетарной политики и усилиями банковской системы без ущерба для монетарной и финансовой стабильности невозможна. Для решения данной задачи требуется также реализация комплекса мероприятий макроэкономической, структурной, фискальной и внешнеэкономической политики.
