Abstract

Развитые страны и ведущие международные институты активно практикуют Форсайт- исследования как основу для структуриро- ванного диалога в отношении системных или трансформационных инноваций. Подобные инициативы способствуют координации де- ятельности различных акторов и задают ин- новационным системам ориентиры в поиске ответов на глобальные вызовы. Таким об- разом, актуальность Форсайт-исследований, равно как и их влияние на принятие решений, возрастают. Представленный анализ эволюции Форсайт- исследований в Бразилии свидетельствует об усилении их роли в обосновании научно- технологической и инновационной полити- ки. В Форсайт-проектах, осуществляемых бразильским Центром стратегических ис- следований и управления в сфере науки, тех- нологий и инноваций (Center for Strategic Studies and Management in Science, Technology and Innovation, CGEE), поднимаются новые стратегические вопросы, ответы на которые будут способствовать переориентации наци- ональной инновационной системы.
