Abstract

En este trabajo se estudian características sociales y laborales de los trabajadores en la región de Andalucía, realizando un diagnóstico de la realidad sociolaboral en el año 2017. Se aplica un modelo de elección discreta de tipo Logit y un Análisis de Correspondencias Múltiple. Los resultados muestran que la situación laboral de los trabajadores está determinada por factores socioculturales, como el género, el nivel de estudios y la edad. El perfil del trabajador indica que existe una relación directa entre la edad y el nivel de estudios con las condiciones laborales. La crisis económica y financiera tiene un mayor impacto sobre las condiciones laborales de los hombres en mayor medida que en las mujeres.
