A tulajdonosi hálózatok felbomlása. A rekombináns tulajdonformák szerepe és a hazai nagyvállalatok tulajdonszerkezetének jellemzői a kilencvenes évek végén
[The break-up of the ownership networks. The role of recombinant ownership forms and the features of the ownership structure of big Hungarian firms at the end of the 1990s]

Abstract

A tanulmány központi kérdése az, hogy vajon a kilencvenes évek végére mennyire maradtak jellemzők a nagyvállalati tulajdonszerkezetre azok a posztszocialista (hálózati, rekombináns, elaprózott) tulajdonszerkezeti formák, amelyeket a gazdaságszociológusok a kilencvenes évek elején kimutattak. A kiindulópontul szolgáló hipotéziseket a legnagyobb 500 hazai vállalat tulajdonszerkezetének az elemzésével vizsgáltuk meg. Az elemzés során kitűnt, hogy bár a hazai vállalatok tulajdonosi szerepe nem elhanyagolható, a rekombináns tulajdonforma súlya ma már elenyésző, nem jellemző a szövevényes tulajdonosi csoportba rendeződés. A posztszocialista tulajdonformák hipotézisei ma már elvethetők, a tulajdonszerkezetet a szélsőséges koncentráltság jellemzi leginkább, amelyben a külföldi nem pénzügyi vállalatoknak jelentős szerepe van. A külföldi vállalati tulajdonosok pozitív hatással vannak mind a vállalati hatékonyságra, mind a növekedésre, ami ezen a csoporton kívül csak a hazai magánszemélyi tulajdonosok esetében mondható el.
