Abstract

Jelen írás arra a kérdésre keresi a választ, hogy a közgazdaságtan rendszerszemléletűnek gondolt ellenállóképesség- (reziliencia-) fogalma vajon elég rendszerszemléletű-e? Először röviden áttekinti a fogalom uralkodó közgazdaságtani értelmezési módozatait, és rámutat a bevett felfogás ama hallgatólagos feltevéseire, amelyek inkompatibilisek a valós társadalmi-gazdasági rendszer természetével. Ezután rávilágít arra, hogy a nagy (al)rendszeri konstellációk (pénzügyi szektor és reálgazdaság) állapotának bekapcsolása elengedhetetlen annak belátásához, hogy az uralkodó koncepciónál ismert rendszer-helyreállító erőfeszítéseken túlmenően rendszerstrukturálókra (rendszerek közti harmonikusabb viszony kialakítására szolgálókra) is szükség lehet, mi több, ezek szinergikus együttese segítheti a rendszer egészének ellenálló képességét. Mindezeket követően az így létrejövő kitágított elméleti keret létjogosultságát szemlélteti két síkon: 1. a kvalitatív rendszerszintű szakirodalmi feldolgozásoknál használatos megközelítés nyomán bemutatja, hogy a közgazdaságtani fősodor reziliencia-szempontú vizsgálódásai is arra intenek, hogy érdemes a pénzügyi szektor és a reálgazdaság közötti kölcsönhatással is foglalkozni; 2. a pénzügyi szféra és a reálgazdaság közötti konstelláció megromlásának bemutatása is ezt erősíti. Végezetül a közgazdasági elmélet és a szakpolitikai gyakorlat számára von le következtetéseket.
