Umran İlmi, Çatışma Çözümü ve Barış

Abstract

Bugünün dünyasını belirleyen en önemli olgulardan birinin çatışma olduğu söylenebilir. Elbette çatışma karşısında çatışma çözümü ve barış için çözüm getirici yaklaşımlara ve bu yaklaşımlardan yararlanarak yeni uygulamalara ihtiyaç olduğu açıktır. Bu noktada bugüne kadar birçok düşünür, bilim adamı, aydın ve siyaset adamını etkilemiş olan İbn Haldun'un (1332-1406) icat ettiği Umran İlminin ('Ilmu'l-'Umrân) verilerinden yararlanarak bugünkü çatışma dünyasında çatışma çözümü ve barış için bazı yeni yaklaşımlar getirilebileceği düşünülebilir. İbn Haldun'un umran, medeniyet, çatışma, barış, çatışma çözümü, asabiyet, din, değişim ve mülk gibi kavramlara yüklediği anlamlar, bu çerçevede yardımcı olabilir. Bu çalışmada, İbn Haldun'un bilime ve insanlığa armağan ettiği Umran İlminin çatışma çözümü ve barış yaklaşımlarına katkıları ele alınmakta ve anlaşılmaya çalışılmaktadır.
