Turkiye’nin Avrupa Birligine Giris Surecinin CRD Yontemi ile Degerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Turkiye'nin AB’ne uyelik surecinde Turkiye'nin olasi stratejilerinin yani sira AB'nin olasi stratejileri de yer almaktadir. AB toplulugunda Turkiye'nin topluluga uye olmasini isteyen taraflar ile uye olmasini istemeyen taraflar arasinda catisma yasanmaktadir. Bu iki zit fikrin bir arada bulunabilmesi icin her iki tarafi da memnun edecek bir uzlasi ortaminin saglanmasi gereklidir. Bu calismada Turkiye'nin AB'ye giris surecinin CRD yontemi kullanilarak yorumlanmasi amaclanmistir. Burada ilk olarak, catisan fikirlerin olusturdugu gereksinimler belirlenerek bu gereksinimlerin olusturdugu ortak amac belirlenmistir. CRD'da her ok icin varsayimlar gelistirilerek zayif ya da gecersiz olan varsayimlari kirmak icin fikirler (eklemeler) yaratilmistir. Sonuc olarak en iyi ekleme secilerek bu catisma cozume ulastirilmistir. Bunun yaninda uye ulkelerin Turkiye’nin uyelik surecini degerlendirmesini olanakli kilacak ortak bir CRD diyagrami olusturulmustur.
