Abstract

Публикацията има за цел да представи проучване относно елементите на организационната култура в МБАЛ «Велики Преслав» ЕООД. Информацията е събрана чрез провеждане на анкетни проучвания сред работещи в лечебното заведение (ЛЗ). Преобладава мнението за силна организационна култура, създаваща и утвърждаваща общоприети ценности и норми на поведение. В организацията има изградени ценности за лична отговорност, сплотеност и екипност. Всяка от тях поотделно и взети заедно, са особено важни за работата в здравно заведение, където работният процес зависи от много хора, организирани в екипи.
