Dokumentárne akreditívy a pranie peňazí, financovanie terorizmu a podvody

Abstract

Ekonomická kriminalita nadobúda v podmienkach globalizácie nové rozmery. Dochádza k prepájaniu organizovaných skupín, ktoré pôsobia destabilizujúco na ekonomiku jednotlivých krajín. Veľmi často dochádza k zneužívaniu bankových nástrojov a nových bankových technológií na rôzne podvodné transakcie a pranie špinavých peňazí. Medzinárodné iniciatívy posledných rokov sa zameriavali hlavne na ochranu pred zneužívaním bankových nástrojov na pranie špinavých peňazí. Po 11. septembri sa tieto iniciatívy vo veľkej miere začali venovať problému financovania terorizmu.
