Abstract

Lucrarea reprezintă o cercetare a prevederilor legale naționale cu privire la temeiurile și condițiile pentru efectuarea măsurilor speciale de investigații prevăzute în art.19 al Legii nr.59/2012 cu privire la activitatea specială de investigații și art.1321; 1323 CPP al RM. Autorul, axându-se pe literatura de specialitate, jurisprudența națională și experiența CEDO, încearcă să scoată în evidență anumite aspecte care pun în dificultate înțelegerea unitară și aplicarea practică a prevederilor legale referitoare la subiectul abordat.
