Abstract

Strategiile operaţionale ale întreprinderilor din domeniul farmaceutic se schimbă în fiecare deceniu, în conformitate cu schimbările care au loc în managementul producţiei, concentrându-se în primul rând asupra productivităţii și economiei de scară, calităţii economiei, asigurării flexibilităţii producţiei din contul planificării producţiei, orientării spre client, și apoi – la economia de viteză, inovare și cunoștinţe, competenţe și cooperare.
