Pensioenverwachtingen en personeelsbeleid

In dit rapport wordt verslag gedaan van een onderzoek naar de bereidheid om langer door te werken en in hoeverre het gevoerde personeelsbeleid hier op aansluit. Het onderzoek richt zich op de verschillende sectoren die zijn aangesloten bij het Pensioenfonds ABP (ABP), het Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds voor de Bouwnijverheid (bpfBOUW), het Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds Schoonmaak- en Glazenwassersbedrijf (SGB), en het Pensioenfonds voor de Woningcorporaties (SPW). Het onderzoek maakt gebruik van enquêtes onder werkgevers en werknemers in genoemde sectoren.
