Abstract

Tous les observateurs s’accordent à reconnaître la numérisation croissante de l’économie, de ses usages, de ses processus de production, et des sources de la croissance. Tous s’accordent aussi à y voir le futur des économies comme standard de son fonctionnement mais aussi le déterminant de sa compétitivité future. La mesure de cette numérisation est multidimensionnelle. La numérisation prend des définitions très variables selon les disciplines, les experts et ce que l’on cherche à montrer. Cette caractéristique multidimensionnelle révèle que le phénomène est bien réel mais difficile à quantifier, à circonscrire et donc à appréhender concrètement. [Premier paragraphe]
