Abstract

Xavier Ragot : Nous avons l’habitude de commencer le débat par une discussion sur la conjoncture au niveau mondial, avec quelques questions précises : Quel est l’impact de la politique budgétaire aux États-Unis ? Y-a-t-il un risque de krach boursier aux États-Unis ? Quelles peuvent être les conséquences de la guerre commerciale ? et enfin les tensions financières dans les pays émergents augurent-elles une nouvelle crise ? [Premier paragraphe]
