Abstract

Depuis son élection, François Hollande a fait de la question du logement l’une de ses priorités. Mise en place d’observatoires des loyers, encadrement des loyers, augmentation des aides au logement, dispositif d’investissement locatif Duflot, baisse de la TVA sur la construction sociale, ajustement du prêt à taux zéro, sont autant de mesures d’ores et déjà actées par le gouvernement et qui visent à améliorer la situation des ménages sur l’ensemble des segments du marché du logement. Une fois exposée la situation du logement en France (prix, mobilité, taux d’effort…), nous étudierons les mesures prises et leurs effets potentiels sur les différents marchés (locations privée et sociale, accession à la propriété).
