Abstract

À 4,1 % en glissement annuel au premier semestre 2007, le PIB a connu sa meilleure performance depuis 2000. La consommation des ménages et l'investissement en bâtiment ont continué de tirer la croissance, et la vigueur retrouvée de l'investissement productif ne s'est pas démentie. L'acquis de croissance s'élève à 3,3 % et le PIB devrait croître de 3,9 % en 2007, comme en 2006. Mais le durcissement de la politique monétaire, déjà visible dans les statistiques de crédit et de charges financières des ménages, plaide pour un net ralentissement de l'investissement en logement dans les prochains trimestres. La bonne situation financière des entreprises et un revenu des ménages toujours dynamique permettraient toutefois à l'investissement productif et à la consommation privée de bien résister. Après avoir été largement supérieur à celui de la zone euro pendant une décennie, le rythme de croissance de l'Espagne (2,7 %) rejoindrait ce dernier en 2008 (2,5 %). [Premier paragraphe]
