Abstract

D’une manière générale, l’économie politique peut être défi nie notamment comme l’analyse des relations d’échanges économiques et politiques propres à des groupes sociaux particuliers, inscrits dans des contextes historiques donnés. La force de l’approche weberienne tient à la mise en valeur des orientations subjectives qui fondent ces échanges et qui renvoient à des « types d’homme », expressifs d’une période historique parti culière. Cette étude analyse et compare les écarts que révèlent certains traits de l’économie capitaliste de marché et de l’économie communiste de type soviétique par rapport aux idéaux-types du marché, de la bureaucratie et des formes de la domination politique. Elle insiste notamment sur les figures « hybrides » du charisme et de la « bureaucratie patrimoniale ».
