Abstract

This work dedicated to study of social capital in ensuring of modernization of Russian economy. Meaning of institutions for economic development is underlined. Also we tried to demonstrate how the quality of institutional sphere (including state regulation) can increase through improvement of social capital. Moreover, this work reveals a role of social capital in security of economically effective institutional transformations and overcoming of effect of blocking of economic reforms.
