Abstract

In this paper, on the basis of foreign and domestic materials justified the need for quality information on innovation activities for managerial decision-making by the authorities at both the regional and federal levels. The authors suggest ways to improve the reliability and representativeness of statistical information on the innovation activity in Russia and present the results of their pilot-training of industrial companies for the correct completion of the form of statistical reporting "¹ 4-innovation".
