Abstract

The paper is devoted to the sociological monitoring problems of professional development and personnel processes in civil service. Solving problems of sociological support of public service through the development and implementation of social monitoring problems of professional development and human resources processes allows you to extend, elaborate scientific knowledge in this area, form the methodological principles and methodological basis of constant study and analysis of human resources processes and phenomena in the public service, increase scientific validity of the conclusions and recommendations derived. Based on the sociological monitoring and sociological research in the scientific turnover introduced a new extensive empirical material, revealing problems of professional development and HR processes in the state civil service and their analysis was done for subsequent use in the public administration in order to improve its efficiency and effectiveness.
