Investments into training as an element of personnel policy of the industrial enterprises in the conditions of deficiency of qualified personnel

Abstract

In article features of investments of the industrial enterprises into human resources are described. It is noted that in the conditions of deficiency of qualified personnel, investments into training represent the real instrument of fixing of shots, increases of competitiveness of the enterprise.
