Main techniques of management of career of personnel in the modern organizations

Abstract

In article various techniques of management of career of personnel are considered. Among them: an otsenochkny technique of "SIPAR", management of career on the purposes, a method of program and target planning of an administrative way of personnel. Also along with methods technologies of career development are considered by the author. From which are distinguished: advance forecasting; technology of a self-assessment of career opportunities; development of requirements of participation in career process; self-organization of career development; saving of time in achievement of the career purposes; overcoming of career crisis. At the same time in article it is emphasized that "standard technologies" in dynamically changing social environment can't be, but fill already sushchestkvuyushchy set of technologies - a strategic problem of subject of career.
