The reliability of expert assessments of land

Abstract

Municipal land assessed a variety of criteria: area, bentonite soil, transport and service infrastructure, etc. Their comparative evaluation - a complex and multi-planned tasks. The solution of this class of problems is possible with the attrac-cheniem method of multi-criteria optimization - "hard" ranking. This method involves the use of experts to the comparative assessment of the importance of evaluation criteria land. The methods of testing the consistency and Ob-projective a peer review, based on the method of T. Saati hierarchies. Numerical examples of this class of problems.
