Future of adaptation of civil servants in federal treasury department for the Saratov region

Abstract

In the article problems in the realization of adaptation procedure as one of the key elements of human resource management system in enterprises of different types of incorporation and ways of their solving are analyze. Adaptation is one of important elements of a personnel management system of Management of Federal Treasury across the Saratov region. As an example, the procedure of adaptation of civil servants in Federal treasury department for the Saratov region is considered. The history of creation of treasury is considered, the personnel structure of executive authority and realization of procedure of adaptation is analyzed. In article the emphasis that at revenues to public service in Management of Federal Treasury of the new employee it is necessary to appoint responsible for carrying out procedure of adaptation is placed. It will allow new employees quicker and with the smallest losses "to enter" into collective, to master specifics of activity of the organization and in significantly shorter terms to achieve the demanded level of productivity of work on a new workplace.
