Abstract

À partir d'une analyse de terrain basée sur une observation participante d'un centre social de la banlieue lyonnaise, nous avons pu analyser les processus d'inclusion et d'exclusion soutenus par des logiques, inconscientes ou non, de discriminations dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des politiques publiques de l'Action Sociale. La figure du travailleur ou de la travailleuse social.e a alors été interrogée dans sa capacité à corriger ou renforcer ces dynamiques d'oppression sociale avec lesquelles illes doivent souvent composer. Finalement, au regard non seulement de ces contraintes structurelles et organisationnelles mais aussi des conflits et des contradictions qui traversent l'Action Sociale, comment construire des actions réellement inclusives et égalitaires qui ne produisent pas l'inverse des objectifs posés dans les activités et les actions par les structures et les professionnel.le.s ?
