La question des outils de gestion pose le dilemme de leur définition comme technologie et / ou comme technique. Ce n'est qu'après un examen du contenu des deux notions qu'il est possible de commencer à statuer C'est pourquoi ce texte comprendra d'abord un examen de la similitude et des différences entre les deux notions avant d'aborder la question du lien entre « technologie » et « savoir actionnable ».
