    L'objectif de ce mémoire est de comprendre comment la formation professionnelle continue est perçue par les salariés. La première partie sera consacrée à la mise en place de la formation au sein des entreprises, aux différents dispositifs de formation qui existent ainsi qu'au processus d'évaluation des actions de formation. Des analyses qualitatives et quantitatives nous permettront ensuite de comprendre la perception des salariés sur la formation, afin de pouvoir valider ou infirmer différentes hypothèses émises ainsi que de faire des suggestions.
