Le mécanisme de développement propre : un outil pour le développement ?

    L'application des projets de mécanisme de développement propre crée des avantages et des inconvénients sur les pays en voie de développement. Dans ce cadre, les pays émergents vont bénéficier d'un impact positif de ces projets de MDP qui entraînent un transfert de technologies, hausse des revenus, création d'emplois, baisse de la pauvreté,... alors que les pays les plus pauvres (Afrique) vont bénéficier d'un impact négatif à cause d'une part faible des projets de MDP sur ce continent.
