Commerce, environnement et relations nord-sud: les enjeux et quelques tendances recentes

Alors que la premiere vague d'interet sur les problemes environnementaux avait trait a la pollution dans les pays industrialises, la seconde vague s'est plus largement penchee sur les implications environnementales du commerce Nord-Sud. Dans une premiere partie, ce papier reprend les arguments theoriques permettant d'identifier les determinants et les consequences du commerce de produits polluants. Dans une seconde partie, l'analyse identifie les changements de structure dans le commerce mondial de produits polluants au cours des 25 dernieres annees.
