    Le petit bréviaire des idées reçues en management souhaite offrir des clés de compréhension et des pistes de réflexion permettant de confronter les certitudes managériales aux faits et aux théories afin de susciter le débat. Dans cette perspective, nous y discutons l’idée selon laquelle l’État devrait adopter une culture du résultat pour gagner en performance. Nous y discutons le modèle de la gestion par les résultats pour en souligner les apports mais aussi les risques et montrer comment il peut être utilisé pour légitimer la dépense publique.
