El Desempleo en la década del ´90 - Consecuencias de las Reformas y Globalización en América Latina

Registered author(s):

    La década de los noventa fue un período de transformación para gran parte de Latinoamérica, debido al proceso de reformas que se instauraron. A la vez, se le sumó la globalización, que venía rigiendo como concepto en boga en los países desarrollados. El objetivo de este trabajo, es presentar de que forma la apertura externa y la liberalización financiera y la desregulación afectaron al empleo. Vamos a comprender en primer lugar, como se manifestó el conjunto de la región, para luego centralizarnos en la Argentina como caso de estudio. Es de mi atención estudiar como este flagelo económico-social, que es el desempleo, puede transformar toda una sociedad. Lamentablemente, el tema de desempleo es un tema marginal para la mayoría de los gobiernos. Por lo tanto analizaremos, los factores económicos que son el pulso del crecimiento, y el desarrollo de los acontecimientos de dicha década.
