Abstract

En la actualidad, existe unanimidad acerca de la importancia económica de las Nuevas Empresas de Base Tecnológica (NEBTs). A lo largo de este artículo se presentan los principales resultados que pueden encontrarse en la literatura reciente sobre su creación, las características de sus emprendedores, los efectos y condicionantes de sus decisiones de localización, así como el análisis de su crecimiento y supervivencia.
