Comunidad Internacional y Cambio Climático Global: A Propósito de nuevas tendencias y escenarios

La propuesta es la de presentar a continuación es una investigación consistente en la descripción de una nueva problemática global que involucra a toda la Comunidad Internacional en su conjunto, no sólo por la complejidad y magnitud con que la misma viene gestándose en nuestra actualidad sino también por el fuerte impacto que ya está generando : me refiero a la descripción del fenómeno del Cambio Climático Global y a la relación del mismo con las posibilidades de alcanzar una sustentabilidad tanto en términos económicos como ecológicos. El desafío es el de comentar la tendencia que se observa, por parte de la Comunidad Internacional, hacia una nueva política global referida al tema en cuestión así como a los múltiples escenarios posibles que la misma presenta dentro de un contexto cargado de complejidad e incertidumbre.
