Abstract

The worldwide pandemic of COVID-19 also causes disruptions in the supply of construction companies in Bulgaria. Through five interviews with managers from a group of small and medium-sized companies in the sector, an attempt has been made to highlight the current challenges that they need to deal with. The subject of study was selected because of the expectation that this group of companies would be more severely affected by the crisis. The recommendations given are due to the difficulties identified and we believe that they will help the companies adapt to change.
