Abstract

The evolving concept of coopetition management proves critically important when viewed through multiple theoretical and analytical lenses. Ensuring innovation management supports a firm's strategic goals represents a fundamental dimension. This study explores how businesses merge strategic innovation with coopetition to maintain their competitive edge in international markets. This study utilises the Total Interpretive Structural Modelling (TISM) method based on argumentation to structure the literature review, which, as a process, provides a conceptual model. This method interprets the linkages and structural forces that motivate innovation and competitor collaboration. The study explores critical factors through a literature review, which is then modelled using TISM to understand their relationships and strategic implications. The findings highlight that creating a supportive environment is critical to promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. To enhance collaborative efforts, building trust and transparency within partnerships and networks is crucial. The strategic achievement in terms of global expansion and international growth strategies depends on effective resource management, capability development, and competitive enhancement.
