Die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung im Ausland: Wieder stärkere Expansion in den Industrieländern

Die internationale Konjunktur hat sich in der ersten Hälfte dieses Jahres nur leicht belebt. Zwar hat sich die Expansion in den fortgeschrittenen Volkswirtschaften beschleunigt, in den Schwellen- und Transformationsländern verlangsamte sie sich aber weiter. Viele Schwellenländer haben bei internationalen Anlegern an Vertrauen verloren, was zu einer deutlichen Abwertung ihrer Währungen führte. Dazu hat beigetragen, dass in den Industrieländern die Kapitalmarktzinsen auch in Erwartung eines Ausstiegs der amerikanischen Notenbank aus ihrer monetären Lockerung (Quantitative Easing) gestiegen sind.
