Non-economic targets as a factor in the organization of the Russian corporations

Abstract

Along with the economic objectives business owners inherit non-economic priorities, including reflecting their individual preferences and personal aspirations. The article examines the impact of these objectives on the organizational structure of holding type corporations. To determine the nature of this influence a group of business owners in their degree of management involvement in the commercial operation of assets in five main categories were invited. In the light of the projection group made of various non-economic priorities of the owners to the problems of building a holding corporation, the corporate center functions and the individual business units. Demonstrate the mechanism of the influence of non-economic objectives of the nature of the "horizontal" and "vertical" interactions between structural units of the corporation, noted the need for coordination and possible composition of assets and non-economic priorities of the owner-entrepreneurs.
