Abstract

In an article on the results of the Russian economy in 2012, it shows that the country has entered a stage of stagnation. It is not a complete absence of economic growth, but in its weakness, that does not correspond to the real possibilities. The dynamics of almost all major economic indicators were worse than in 2011, and faded during the year. Investment complex not only become an engine of growth, but has turned into a factor of stagnation. It is proved that in spite of the importance of external factors related to the crisis in the global economy, especially in Europe, determining the causes of oppression of the Russian economy are internal in nature and are generated primarily unfavorable business climate, especially the violation of trust between business and government. The measures in the area of climate, despite their usefulness half-hearted and unable to provide comprehensive overdue improvement.
