Abstract

January 16 to 19 in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration a Gaidar Forum was held - the largest discussion forum in which the power elite, business and science discussed the fundamental vectors of development of the world economy. This year the main theme of the international conference was the integration of the Russian economy into the global trade, improving the business climate in Russia and the prospects of Russian companies on the world market. Forum is traditionally held in RANEPA, which confirms the exceptional status of the Academy under the President of the Russian Federation as a consultant to the government on economic policy. The moderators of the plenary discussions and keynote speakers at the forum were members of the Government of the Russian Federation, heads of subjects of Russia, leading Russian and foreign economists and artists.
