Trade practices of economic entities - direction of competition policy

Abstract

The article describes the the grounds and tools for the prevention and suppression of discriminatory practices of economic entities with dominant position in the market provided the Russian antimonopoly authority. It indicates a possible relationship between the regulated trade practices of a private company and the company's policy to comply with the antitrust laws. The possible negative consequences of development and application of regulated trade practices are identified.
