Forming Conceptual Principles Of The Airport Labour Potential Development

Abstract

The necessity of forming conceptual principles for the airport labour potential development has been substantiated. The basic conceptual approaches to the formation, using and development of labour potential have been analyzed. Key aspects of planning а business career, working with personnel reserve, training, retraining and advanced training of personnel have been identified and adapted to the functional framework of the airport. A concept of the airport labour potential development has been proposed based on the need for investment in the formation, use and development of labour potential and human resources based on the feasibility and need for the usage of the knowledge, skills and abilities of staff.
